About me
Dr. Tartt earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from South Carolina State University. She then obtained her Master’s in Educational Leadership and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Educational Superintendency from The Citadel Military College. Continuing her academic journey, Dr. Tartt completed her Doctorate in Leadership at Charleston Southern University.
Dr. Emma Lee Tartt spent 28 years as a classroom teacher before she decided to follow her passion for transforming education by sharing practical methods to engage and empower today's learners. She trained educators in using blended learning through the station rotation model and shares strategies to enhance structured socialization in classrooms. Today, she is a published author, an international speaker, a gifted education specialist.
